Top Tip for a designer Liner

Lip liner is a great product that not only prevents your lipstick from bleeding out onto your skin, it also enhances your lips making them look fuller and more shapely

It's crucial you get it right though, over lined lips can look a little out of place on the face...

Start from the centre of your top lip and lightly line to one corner.

 

Repeat on the other side of your top lip and then outline the bottom.
